Our Services

  • We provide support with personal care and daily routines, including assistance with mobility, dressing, grooming and other personal needs, tailored to individual requirements.

  • We offer assistance with travel and transport needs, helping participants access community, social and recreational activates by providing support with planning and using public or private transport options.

  • Support for managing daily household tasks and shared living arrangements, including cleaning, meal preparation and maintaining a comfortable, safe home environment.

  • Encouraging and assisting participants to engage in community activities, clubs or social programs, fostering inclusion and building meaningful connections.

  • We help participants develop essential life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, personal management and social interaction to increase independence and confidence.

  • Assisting participants to take part in community events, social activities and local programs, promoting engagement, inclusion and wellbeing.

  • Providing opportunities for social interaction, learning and recreation through structured group or centre-based activities designed to meet individual goals.
